As a Practicing Kinesiologist and a member of BCAK (British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists), I have the opportunity to help and serve the community and to share my knowledge and skills for those who are in need of Musculoskeletal and Rehabilitation services.
All my background is through eclectic approach; this includes my Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in the Philippines, my career as a Sports Physiotherapy Staff in Saudi Arabia, and as a Rehabilitation Assistant here in Canada.
My practice utilizes manual therapy approach: using gentle soft tissue, fascial works and joint mobilization combined with a variety of muscle activation and facilitation, and other forms of localized conditioning treatments. All of these help alleviate discomfort and pain and help your body to relax and achieve full recovery, whether acute or chronic cases.
I love spending time with my kids and family, going to the park for a walk and having a picnic with them. I love to sing karaoke. In fact, I have a professional karaoke machine that provides a score after you sing letting you know how you did according to its standard. We also always go out to listen to live performances at the local Music in the Park during the summer time. My other past time also includes playing acoustic guitar, and I also enjoy playing basketball for fun. Come and join me if one of my favourite hobbies is yours as well!
