Ashley offers DIRECT BILLING to most extended health companies. Pacific Blue cross, Medavie, Veterans Affairs, Great West Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Desjardines Insurance, Equitable, GroupHEALTH, and Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance are examples but this is not an exhaustive list. If you are wondering about direct billing please send me an email at ashley@kamloopsoptimalhealth.com and I would be happy to look into it for you. Please note, some plans even if they are on the approved list of direct billing may be ineligible and this is at the discretion of the individual insurance plan and not in the control of the massage therapist.

Accepted payment is by Cash, Cheque, e-transfer, Visa and MasterCard.

All Rates are inclusive of GST.

100% direct billing insurance (may be some limitation depending on personal coverage)

Insurance Coverage: Massage Therapy is covered by most private extended medical plans. Please confirm coverage with your private insurer. Some plans require a current doctor's medical note on file prior to treatment. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out via email and I will do my best to answer your questions.

Kamloops Optimal Health Clinic administers a 24 hour cancellation policy. A cancellation fee of the full treatment time amount is applied and will be billed to the credit card on file. Last minute cancellations and No-shows not only leave empty spots in the therapist's schedule, but it also prevents others from accessing much needed care. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else. We thank you for your understanding and your continued support.
